The Community Workforce Development program helps people turn education, training, and hands-on experience into actual employment. The program includes:

• Career and Job Counseling
• Job-Readiness Training
• Job Search Assistance
• Job Placement Support
• Retention Counseling
• Job Development
• Follow-up Retention Support

Community partners for this program are: Catholic Family Center, Legal Aid, Monroe County Department of Social Services, New York State Department of Labor, Quality Child Care Council, Rochester Transit Authority and YMCA Working Women's Wardrobe.
